Kevin Rudd what have you done? We have our First Female Australian Prime Minister
Hi Everyone,
Well, what a topic we have today? Kevin Rudd's hand is forced by his own party, a vote of no confidence, that saw him step down as Leader of the Australian Labour Party.
Could Kevin have done it differently?
Did he stubbornly not accept some of the sign posts along the way?
It's a FACT: Emotional stubbornness does not produce positive outcomes.
All it means is that you align tighter and stronger to the vantage point or opinion
that brought about contraversy in the beginning.
Kevin had minders telling him the Australian people were not happy firstly with
the Mining Tax and secondly spending the tax payers money on an advertising
campaign to re-iterate why he was right.
People all throughout history dislike being talked to, or being told what to think
or how to feel. People love a leader, and we shall see if Julia has the courage
to lead or to follow what the rest of her party suggests to her.
I believe a change was coming for a long time, and history will show that the
Australian people, regardless of what they party they follow, all need and want
a democratic leader, one who listens.
What do you think? Did Kevin's stubborn refusal to acknowledge discontent
lead to his demise?
